Does anyone know if these fajitas are worth the hype?

Visited the well-known, well-traffic’d Jackalope bar last weekend.  The food is actually pretty decent (try their pizza) and I was pleasantly surprised that they had Woodford Reserve available and then amused that they served, but were all out of Schlitz.  

I’m afraid to ask but… What is a mooseknuckle in this context?
